The Lab

Our fellowship follows the Stationed model, but it's a lab. Instead of working on AI workflows, we are building at the edge of what's next for products and go-to-market.

Working with leading companies to reimagine what industries look like. This is a super-fast-paced environment with the feeling of a weekly hackathon sprint. Trying new things, productizing them, and deploying them to teams.

How it works

From idea to production
in 12 weeks.

Discovery

Identify high-leverage problems across partner companies. Map automation opportunities, evaluate technical feasibility, and scope what can ship in a sprint.

Build

Weekly hackathon sprints. Prototype AI-native products, workflow tools, and GTM infrastructure. Test with real users. Ship or kill. Repeat.

Deploy

Ship directly into partner companies. Your work runs in production, not on slides. Productize what works and hand it off to teams that depend on it.

Frequently asked questions

Who should apply?
Serial tinkers, ambitious builders, and anyone who's shipped something they're proud of. Background doesn't matter. Proof of work does. Engineers, designers, product builders, and technical operators who want to build at the bleeding edge.
What's the time commitment?
Full-time, 12-week cohort. This is an intense sprint environment with weekly hackathons, real client deployments, and fast iteration cycles. You need to be fully committed.
Is it remote?
Remote-first with periodic in-person sprints. We'll bring the cohort together for key moments: kickoff, demo days, and deep work sessions.
What happens after the fellowship?
Top performers may be offered full-time roles at Stationed or with partner companies. Many fellows have gone on to start their own companies or join the teams they built with during the program.
What kind of projects will I work on?
AI-native products, GTM tooling, workflow automation, and experimental software for leading companies. You'll work on things that don't exist yet, not maintenance work.
